Your personal data matters. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information dk365 collects from users, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and what rights you have in relation to your data. Please read this document carefully.
Six core principles that shape how dk365 approaches personal data collection and use.
We collect only the personal data that is strictly necessary for account management, transaction processing, identity verification and legal compliance. We do not collect data speculatively.
All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit). Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
You have clearly defined rights over your data — including the right to access, correct, restrict, object and request deletion, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
dk365 does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary for platform operation and legal compliance.
We explain clearly the legal basis for each category of data processing. You will not discover unexpected uses of your data — this document covers everything material.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, dk365 will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Please Read Carefully. This Privacy Policy forms part of the dk365 Terms and Conditions. By registering an account or using any service on the dk365 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and consented to the processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not consent to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the platform.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how dk365 ("dk365", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects the personal information of individuals ("you", "the User", "the Player") who access or use the dk365 platform, accessible at https://dk365.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.
dk365 is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform serving users across Pakistan — including players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — and is committed to handling all personal data responsibly, lawfully and with full transparency.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with the dk365 Terms and Conditions, which govern the overall relationship between you and the platform. Defined terms used but not defined in this Policy carry the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions.
This Policy is written and published in English. Where any translation exists and there is a conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
In this Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
The Data Controller responsible for the Personal Data described in this Policy is the operator of dk365. The platform is accessible at https://dk365.cam.
For all data-related enquiries, including requests to exercise your data subject rights, you may contact us using the details set out in Section 14 (Contact Us) of this Policy. dk365 does not represent that it is licensed, regulated or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body. References to familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear in this Policy and on the platform as contextual references only and do not imply that any such institution endorses or supports online gambling on this platform.
dk365 collects Personal Data in the following categories, depending on your interaction with the platform:
When you create an Account, we collect: full name, date of birth, email address, chosen username, and any other information required to establish your identity and confirm your eligibility to use the platform.
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and to verify your age and identity, we may collect copies of government-issued photographic identification, proof of address documentation (utility bills, bank statements), and, where required, source-of-funds information. This data is Sensitive Personal Data and is subject to enhanced security controls.
We collect records of your deposit and withdrawal transactions, including the amounts, dates, times and payment method category used. We do not retain full payment card numbers. References to payment rails familiar to Pakistani users (such as mobile wallet transactions and bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) reflect transaction categories only.
All bets placed, games played, bet stakes, outcomes, bonus uptake and associated session data are recorded. This data is used for account management, responsible-gambling monitoring and dispute resolution purposes.
We automatically collect IP address, device type and identifier, browser type and version, operating system, referral URL, pages visited and session duration. This data is used for platform security, fraud prevention and service improvement.
Records of your communications with the dk365 support team — including Live Chat transcripts, Help Center ticket content and email correspondence — are retained for quality assurance, dispute resolution and training purposes.
Where you have opted into marketing communications, we record your communication preferences and consent history. You may update or withdraw your marketing preferences at any time through your Account settings.

When Personal Data is transferred outside the jurisdiction in which it was collected, dk365 implements appropriate safeguards to ensure that the level of data protection afforded to your data is not materially lower than the protection provided under applicable data protection law. The dk365 platform is strictly adults only. Users must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register an account or use the platform. This restriction applies regardless of the jurisdiction from which the user accesses the platform.
dk365 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the minimum eligible age. Age is verified as part of the KYC process before withdrawals are processed. If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from an underage user, we will immediately suspend the Account, void any associated transactions and securely delete the data.
Parents and guardians who believe that a minor has registered an account or provided Personal Data to dk365 should contact our support team immediately using the details in Section 14.
dk365 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or platform functionality. Revised versions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
